Caitlin Olivier is the Director of Donor Relations Strategies, serving as the primary liaison between the Stewardship & Donor Relations team and Regional Development. A Texas native originally from Houston, Caitlin's professional journey began in Philadelphia after earning her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Trinity University. Initially working as a data analyst for Drexel University's enrollment division, she quickly transitioned to the more interpersonal field of enrollment recruitment, where her strategic thinking and leadership skills led to a series of promotions, culminating in her role as Director of Freshman Admissions, overseeing recruitment strategy and technology implementation.
In 2015, Caitlin embraced a new chapter in the Midwest when her husband accepted a position as a professor at Indiana University South Bend. Leveraging her analytical and technical skills, she became a CRM Business Analyst for IU, spearheading the implementation of Salesforce across regional campus admissions offices. In 2018, Caitlin brought her diverse experience to the University of Notre Dame, joining the Stewardship & Donor Relations team. A resident of Mishawaka, she balances her professional life with family as a mother of two young sons and active community involvement, serving on the board of the Early Childhood Development Center. Demonstrating her commitment to the nonprofit sector, Caitlin furthered her education by completing her Executive Master’s in Nonprofit Administration at Notre Dame.
