Jessica Reasons

Jessica began serving on the Stewardship & Donor Relations team as Director of Donor Recognition in 2018. The Donor Recognition team runs point on all public and private recognition projects for programmatic and individualized donor recognition. Jessica and her husband, Stuart, moved from Nashville to South Bend in 2013. Jessica graduated with high honors in 2007 from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She pursued a master’s degree in higher education administration from Vanderbilt. Jessica began her career at her beloved alma mater in the Department of Residential Education. During that time, Jessica supervised a 20-person team of residence life professionals responsible for the programming, safety, and well-being of 500 first-year students. After her time in Residential Education, Jessica transitioned into an events program coordinator role for Vanderbilt’s first-year living and learning community.

Jessica was delighted to join University Relations as a Special Events team member in 2013. During her five years in Special Events, Jessica’s event portfolio was filled with various leadership events focusing on Campaign and Wall Street events. She loves living in South Bend with her husband and two children, Sutton and Sloan. Jessica has a passion for volunteer work. She served as the Junior League of South Bend President from 2022-2023, as a Girls on the Run Coach in 2024, and is currently on the Stanley Clark Parent’s Association board as the Fundraising Coordinator.
