Victoria Grimes

Victoria ("Tory") is a Program Director specializing in Donor Recognition. She serendipitously began her career in 2014 with Development on St. Patrick’s Day. Her first six years at our Lady’s University were devoted to what was then the Special Events & Stewardship team. During this time, she executed numerous events, including serving as the lead for various capital dedications. Her most considerable mark during this time was placed on the Campaign events. With her creativity and attention to detail, she made a substantial mark on Campaign events, taking these vital cultivation experiences to new heights. Known for her can-do attitude and thoughtful touches, Tory ensures events are filled with unique details. She seamlessly embarked on her journey with the Stewardship & Donor Relations team in 2019 as a Program Director for Donor Relations. Tory has proven her deep dedication to Our Lady's mission and the personalized stewardship of University donors. She continues to curate thoughtful individualized stewardship touches, including but not limited to the Cumulative Milestone Program and benefactor private and public recognition. Her attention to detail is the foundation for successfully managing the Public Recognition Audit and stewarding the Stewardship & Donor Relations Budget and the Celebrations & Dedication Budget. Tory is incredibly grateful for this Notre Dame family. She resides in Granger with her husband and is a proud parent to her Boxer pup.
